  1. for playoff clubs:
  2.     1.    The Super Bowl winner is last and the Super Bowl
  3.             loser next-to-last.
  4.     2.     Any non-Super Bowl playoff club involved in a tie shall
  5.             be assigned priority within its segment below that of
  6.             non-playoff clubs and in the order that the playoff
  7.             clubs exited from the playoffs.
  8.             Thus, within a tied segment a playoff club that
  9.             loses in the Wild Card game will have priority
  10.             over a playoff club that loses in the Divisional
  11.             playoff game, which in turn will have priority over
  12.             a club that loses in the Conference
  13.             Championship game. If two tied clubs exited the
  14.             playoffs in the same round, the tie is broken by
  15.             strength-of-schedule.
  16.
  17. If any ties cannot be broken by strength-of-schedule, the
  18. divisional or conference tie-breakers, whichever are applicable, are
  19. applied. Any ties that still exist are broken by a coin flip.
